Missions-minded women and men from across California are invited to gather for an afternoon of worship, missionary stories and encouragement as we consider what it means to live fully on mission.
On Monday, October 19, from 1–4 p.m., California Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) will host its Annual Gathering at Immanuel Baptist Church in Highland, California. This free gathering brings together believers from across the state who share a heart for the work God is doing both here and around the world.
The afternoon will include worship, missionary stories and reports from California WMU, offering a meaningful opportunity to hear what God is doing through the prayers, giving and service of California churches and missions-minded believers.

Gordon Fort of the International Mission Board will be the featured speaker, bringing encouragement and a missions-focused message for all who attend. Our beloved pastor’s wife, Ruth Dignadice, will lead worship, making the gathering an especially meaningful occasion for our Arbor family.

Many from Arbor Christian Fellowship will be attending, and we look forward to sharing this special afternoon with others from our church family. These gatherings are such a beautiful opportunity to step away from the ordinary for a few hours, worship the Lord alongside His people, hear how He is working around the world and be reminded of our own place in His mission. You leave uplifted, encouraged and inspired—and grateful that you made the time and space to be there.
