Kids Alive Takes Families on an Intergalactic Adventure Through God’s Word
During Kids Alive Presentation Weekend on May 16–17, children at Arbor Christian Fellowship brought Star Quest: Search for the Stolen Scriptures to life through energetic singing, drama, choreography, gymnastics and Scripture memory, reminding audiences that God’s Word can never truly be erased when it is hidden in our hearts. Set in a futuristic world where the Bible exists only in an “Intergalactic Bible Database,” the musical combined humor, movement and biblical truth while showcasing the confidence, joy and spiritual growth of children from kindergarten through sixth grade. Supported by family, friends and church members, the weekend celebrated not only an unforgettable performance, but also 38 years of Kids Alive helping children worship God through music, movement, memorization and joyful discipleship.
Spring in Full Bloom at Arbor Christian Fellowship
Spring at Arbor Christian Fellowship unfolded as a vibrant season of worship, fellowship and shared stories anchored in Scripture and the hope of Christ’s resurrection. From the reverent reflection of Good Friday and the joyful celebration of Easter Sunday, to women’s gatherings, missions reports and Mother’s Day encouragement, each moment reflects a church family “rooted and established” in Christ (Colossians 2:7). Across generations, the campus was filled with laughter, prayer and hospitality as families, children and elders gather to celebrate the gospel in both word and action. Through global mission updates from South Africa and the Philippines, and personal stories of faith and transformation, the church is continually reminded of God’s work near and far. Taken together, these weeks paint a picture of a body of believers joyfully centered on God’s Word, strengthened in prayer and united in gratitude for the cross and the empty tomb.
